Project Description

Development of residential (circa 48,000M2) and mixed use office and retail on a circa 4HA. site at Cherrywood. The elevated luas railway runs along the SW site boundary and scheme currently under development by 3NO. International architectural firms. Site is part developed for civil infrastructure. Working with overall site development, civil engineering and architectural teams as well as specific TC4 site architects. Cost effective/ low cost, efficient and fast track construction is the project goal.
