Project Description

Construction of 42 no. residential units and a community building at Market Green, Knockgriffin, Midleton, Co. Cork. The development will consist of 17 no. 2 bed terraced units, 18 no. 3 bed end-of-terrace units, 6 no. 3 bed semi-detached units with the built in capacity to convert to 4 bed units and a ground floor community room with a 2 bed apartment on the first floor.

MMOS Role

Murphy Matson O'Sullivan Consulting Engineers have been appointed as Civil & Structural Engineers for the Development also providing the role of Design & Assigned Certifiers.
