Project Description
The project consists of the provision of “Grade A” office space on Albert Quay in Cork City Centre.
The building has seven floors over ground with a two storey car parking basement below ground floor.
The construction is a mixture of reinforced concrete and structural steel.
Murphy Matson O’ Sullivan are the Consulting Engineers for the development and were involved in the project since the concept stage.
MMOS Role
Preparation of civil engineering drawings and reports for the planning process.
Full Civil & Structural Engineers services provided as well as PSDP and Assigned Certifier roles undertaken.
