Project Description

This project consists of 4 number high bay warehouse buildings in Little Island, Co. Cork.

The unit areas range from 1600m² to 11750m² and incorporate offices, ESB sub-stations, sprinkler tanks, security kiosks and bicycle shelters. The project also includes 215 number parking spaces, 10 number electric car charging points and all other associated site development works including landscaping.

The first building will be completed by January 2022.
