Project Description

This project involves construction of a 7-storey office building in Cork City. It comprises of a six-acre mixed used development centred around the conservation of the site’s Industrial heritage. Limestone walls are integral to the development of the office buildings.

The development at HQ presents Cork with an excellent opportunity to provide Grade A office accommodation centrally located in an enviroment that will be attractive to FDI companies. For the employees that will be commuting, the development has direct access to the new entrance to Kent Railway Station and is a two minute walk from the central bus station at Parnell Place.
